Our Story

At Hola! Cuban Kitchen, our story begins with flavor, family, and a deep connection to community.

Founded by a Cuban-born owner with a lifelong passion for hospitality, Hola! was created to bring the bold, vibrant flavors of Cuba to the neighborhood he has proudly served for decades. For more than 30 years, he owned and operated a beloved Mexican restaurant (El Tucan) in the community, building lasting relationships and welcoming generations of families through his doors. After decades of serving others, he felt called to share something even more personal — his Cuban heritage.

Hola! Cuban Kitchen is family owned and operated, rooted in tradition, culture, and the joy of bringing people together. Cuban cuisine is bold, soulful, and deeply meaningful — and every plate reflects recipes, flavors, and inspiration drawn from home.

From slow-roasted classics and savory favorites to fresh tropical flavors and handcrafted mojitos, our menu celebrates the spirit of Cuba. Our bar is just as much a part of our story, with vibrant cocktails, beer, wine, and premium spirits that complement every gathering.

But Hola! is more than a restaurant — it’s an experience. It’s the sound of laughter over clinking glasses, the aroma of garlic and citrus in the air, and the feeling of being welcomed like family the moment you walk through our doors.
